The Regional YPC is a unique opportunity for youth leaders to serve on a Regional council, to complete youth preparedness projects, and to voice their opinions on youth disaster preparedness with FEMA Region 10 leadership and partner organizations. Council members are selected from the four states comprising Region 10: Alaska, Idaho, Washington, and Oregon.
